Ever wonder what exactly got someone up to the top spot in an organization? I have too, and I honestly don't think everyone knows completely. We know the big picture items, and the things people say got them there, but what else was in the decision-making process that no one ever discusses? Sometimes management will listen to the obvious needs of the organization or the situation and address them. Sometimes they only hear what they want to, just like everybody's favorite co-host.
